В России команда стартапа строится довольно странным образом. На западе команда может состоять из нескольких сооснователей, или же может быть один лидер, но так или иначе стартап никогда не строится на аутсорсинге. Первоначально, люди хотят решить определенную проблему, собирают для этого команду - дизайнера, хакера, программиста.
